After interviewing Yudai, one of the three siblings of the Mr. Ramen store, I had the opportunity to lead and create the entire design of the magazine for the next generation of the Noodles and Doodles magazine.

Helping Legacy Businesses through creative storytelling and marketing campaigns

At Suehiro Cafe, our team worked on helping promote the marketing campaigns regarding the unfortunate relocation of Suehiro Cafe from Little Tokyo to Downtown Los Angeles. This included creating graphics for their events, analyzing survey responses from customers about the move, and creating a journal article after interviewing Kenji Suzuki, the owner of Suehiro Cafe.

After interviewing Kenji, I wrote two seperate articles on Rafu Shimpo, a Japanese American newspaper based in Little Tokyo. The first article describes Suehiro Cafe's unfortunate leave from Little Tokyo and the second article delves into their collaboration with UPRISERS, a clothing brand dedicated to keeping traditions alive in modern clothings.
